Velo supports payments via direct deposit, check, and PayPal. However, payment channels offered depend on the company who pays you. Some clients do not offer all payment channels.
You may edit your preferred method of payment by logging on to your recipient portal and following the steps below.
- Select Payout Preferences from the utility navigation at the top of the page
- Select Update Payout Preferences
This will trigger an email containing a link you may follow to update your preferred method of payment.
