How do I fund my account?

Before funding your account, please be sure you have set up your funding account source.

Keeping your account balance funded allows you to send payouts to your recipients with the fastest guaranteed delivery time.

To fund your account logon to the Client Portal and:

  1. Hover over Accounts
  2. Select Fund Account
  3. Enter the amount you would like to deposit into your Velo balance

Manual funding requests may take up to 2-3 business days. Auto-funding request may be set up. For more information on how you may keep your account funded, please contact us here
