There are 2 reasons why you may not have gotten an email with a link to reset your password.
- You have not set up your Bold account. Although you may be set up to be paid through Bold, you do not have a Bold account until you have created a password.
You may have gotten an email asking you to "Activate Your Bold Account" -- this has the link to set up your Bold account so you can view payout statuses, history, and more. If you can't find this email, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll send it your way.
- It may have just been a technical email error - send us an email at email@example.com and we'll get the situation resolved as soon as possible.
